ABS CORE
(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

Used to wind high-quality film / mechanical stiffness / impact resistance

ABS material is one of the functional plastics with the chemical resistance of acrylonitrile, mechanical strength, impact resistance of butadiene, and electrical properties of styrene. In particular, it has excellent impact resistance and heat resistance, and has excellent secondary workability. In addition, the compatibility with other resins is excellent, and upgrades and high performance are expected to enable synthesis with other materials.

PE CORE (Poly Ethylene) /
PP CORE (Poly Propylene)

Though it is slightly less rigid than ABS CORE, it is recommended for film winding of high-quality films.

PE CORE

PE is the most widely produced and most widely used plastic in the world due to its excellent impact and abrasion resistance and fine workability.

PP CORE

Compared to PE, PP has high crystallinity, melting point, relatively good heat resistance, oil resistance, rigidity, and moisture resistance, and has high transparency and rigidity, which is used for winding high-quality films.
